Spring discharge emerges from three sand boil groups, each approximately 3 feet across, at the eastern end of the spring pond. The spring run has been impounded to form a small lake 200 feet across. From there the spring discharge flows through a culvert into wetlands, eventually joining Little Creek 0.25 mile from the spring.
