Land Ownership
This coverage contains the
boundaries of District-owned lands. These boundaries are approximate and
are not always of survey accuracy. The file is a zipped Arc/INFO export
file (dist_lands.e00), with metadata (dist_lands.mta). (337k)

Tax Parcel Data
The NWFWMD, through a private subcontractor, obtains parcel data from the property appraisers in the sixteen counties that make up the District. The data from each county is converted into a common data format. The merged data is available as a single layer, or each county can be obtained individually. The data format has been made consistent with each of the four other water management districts in the state to make the data more useful to the public and other goverment agencies.
