The vent is located on Water Management District land on the east bank of
Gainer Springs #1 run approximately 85 feet from its confluence with Econfina
Creek. A small, sandy vent emerges laterally from beneath the roots of a
tree growing atop a six foot limestone bluff. Maximum depth measured in
the vent is two feet.
