The entrance to the run is approximately 0.42 miles south of the Highway 20 bridge on the west side of the creek. The run turns north and parallels the creek for 400 feet. The pool is approximately 250 feet in diameter with a small, man-made beach to the north and a small island in the center. There are several vents opening in the bottom, near the edges of the pool. Several of the vents have a surface boil. The maximum depth measured in one of the vents is 11 feet. The vent is on private land and is used for recreation.
