Consolidated Annual Report

This report implements a consolidation of legislatively mandated plans and reports regarding the status of Northwest Florida Water Management District (NWFWMD or “District”) programs and water resources.  By March 1 of each year, each water management district is required to submit a consolidated annual report to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), the Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House.  Copies of the report must also be provided to the chairs of legislative committees having substantive or fiscal jurisdiction over water management districts and the governing boards of all county entities having jurisdiction or deriving any funds for operations of the district.

The report must also be made available to the public in either a printed or electronic format.

The District’s  consolidated annual report incorporates the following:

  • Strategic Water Management Plan Annual Work Plan Report;
  • Minimum Flows and Levels Annual Priority List;
  • Annual Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan;
  • Five-Year Water Resource Development Work Program;
  • Alternative Water Supplies Annual Report;
  • Florida Forever Five-Year Work Plan Annual Report;
  • Mitigation Donation Annual Report; and
  • SWIM Program Summary Report
