On-Line Submittal of Regulatory Complaints

Thank you for using the Northwest Florida Water Management District’s on-line Regulatory Complaint Form.

This form is intended to provide users with a fast and efficient way to report potential violations associated with activities regulated by the District's regulatory programs.  At this time the District currently regulates activities that involve:

• Consumptive use of ground and surface water
• Construction, repair or abandonment of wells
• Construction of dams and impoundments (MSSW – Management and Storage of Surface Waters)
• Certain activities associated with agriculture and silviculture
• Activities that result in the generation of stormwater runoff (ERP – Environmental Resource Permitting).  Future versions will include activities that involve work in wetlands or other surface waters.
